What to include

  • The full URL, not only the domain.
  • What the page does: collects passwords, asks for payment, downloads a file.
  • The brand it imitates, if it is impersonating someone.

Please include:

  • The work or mark you own, and where the original can be seen.
  • The exact URLs of the infringing material.
  • Your name, organisation and contact details.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
